Congratulations Message to Hon. Clement Stambuli,

The Secretariat of the African Democratic Alliance for Freedom and Progress (ADAFP) extends its warmest congratulations to Hon. Clement Stambuli, founder and senior individual member of ADAFP, on his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Lilongwe City Council.

Hon. Stambuli’s appointment stands as a well-deserved recognition of his distinguished record of public service, leadership, and commitment to democratic governance and development. His experience as former Member of Parliament for Nkhotakota Central, as well as former Minister of Transport and Public Works, has demonstrated his capacity to serve with dedication, competence, and vision.

The Secretariat of ADAFP expresses full confidence that Hon. Stambuli will bring to this important office the same commitment, professionalism, and sense of public duty that have characterized his service throughout the years. It is believed that his leadership will contribute positively to the strengthening of Lilongwe City Council’s administration, the improvement of service delivery, effective urban management, and the advancement of policies that serve the people of Lilongwe.
