Francis Gabriel Oke

Dr. Amb. Francis Gabriel Oke is a Beninese individual member and expert of ADAFP, and Head of the ADAFP Election Monitoring Department, with over 30 years of senior-level experience in international relations, diplomacy, democratic governance, electoral assistance, and observation; he currently serves as Senior Advisor for Africa at the European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES). He has held prominent positions including Permanent Representative of ECOWAS to the African Union, Permanent Secretary of RESAO/ECONEC, and Head of the ECOWAS Electoral Assistance Programme, and has worked with USAID, IFES, UNDP, and other international institutions across Africa, while holding degrees in law and human rights and pursuing a PhD in diplomatic and strategic studies in Paris.
