
Dr. Mamadou Lamine Bâ is a Senegalese political leader and former President of Africa Liberal Network (ALN), who serves now as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the African Democratic Alliance for Freedom and Progress (ADAFP), contributing to the Alliance’s strategic guidance and long-term vision.
He is the leader of the Parti pour la Liberté et la Citoyenneté (PLC) in Senegal, a political party focused on citizenship, social values, and national cohesion. Over the years, Lamine Bâ has been actively engaged in Senegalese public life, participating in political mobilization around civic responsibility, identity, and the role of societal values in governance.
