Amal  Nasir serves as Treasurer of the African Democratic Alliance for Freedom and Progress (ADAFP), bringing extensive experience in financial management, institutional governance, and organizational leadership.
She is a member of the Executive Bureau and Treasurer of the Union Progressiste Tchadienne (UPT) in Chad, where she plays a key role in financial planning, resource mobilization, and ensuring transparent and accountable internal governance.
With over 20 years of professional experience across public institutions, international organizations, and civil society, Amal has developed strong expertise in budgeting, financial oversight, fundraising, and strategic planning. Her career includes senior roles with national institutions and international organizations, where she contributed to program management, institutional coordination, and policy development .
In addition to her political and organizational work, she has a background in accounting and banking practices, which strengthens her ability to manage complex financial systems and support sustainable organizational growth.
As Treasurer of ADAFP, Amal Nasir is committed to promoting transparency, accountability, and sound financial governance. She plays a central role in ensuring that the Alliance’s resources are managed responsibly and aligned with its mission to advance democracy, good governance, and development across Africa.
